Discount weekends - are the days before April 29th and after September 24th

Season Camping Rates
Based on two (2) people, water and electric.
2 days per week…….$2100.00
18 years and older add $215.00 per person (p/p)
15-18 years add $160.00
5-14 years add $85.00
Additional nights above two(2) per week…..$27.00

5% interest compounded monthly if balance is not paid in full by July 4th 2022.

Park Model Rental
Park Models (sleeps six) based on two (2) adults and two(2) children under 18 years old.

Park Models have running water, heat ,full bathroom, refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, BBQ grill, coffee pot, A/C, picnic table, fire ring. NO PETS.
Rental Unit Rules
- Rental Unit refers to Cabins, Park Models and RV.
- NO Smoking in any rental unit. No Pets. No other camping outside of rental units. Contact management if additional space is needed.
- No cooking inside of cabins except for microwavable items.
- Campers need to supply their own linens for rental units.
- Damages to units will be charged accordingly.
- Lost keys will be charged $5.00.
- Service charge of $15.00 will apply if a cancellation is not made within 2 weeks.
- No shows will be billed in full and recommended to refuse future bookings.
- A 6% sales tax and 4% hotel tax will be added to all rental invoices.
Winter Storage
Winter Storage RV or Boat, November through March…..$225.00/4 months
Or $60.00/month.
Seasonal rate for winter months storage…….$175.00
Septic Pump Outs
Sign up at office for pump out during week ahead……$14.00
Emergency pump outs on weekends……$25.00
